Returns and Refunds Policy
1. All items are non-refundable and non-replaceable once purchased and used.
2. Any items purchased that need to be exchanged or refunded (Within 14 days of purchase) have to be in their original packing, unused and in a saleable condition; with customer providing a proof of purchase (Order number and copy of invoice).
3. The cost of items being returned (Delivery charges) will be paid for by the customer (Customers are advised to use a trackable delivery service as AA Sports cannot take responsibility for items that do not arrive).
4. We will only pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
5. Exchangeable/Replaceable items Exclude used/irrepairable bats, underwear protective equipment (e.g. – Thigh guards, abdo guards, briefs, clothing etc) or any other used items.
6. NOTE – Please be aware that cricket bats are made of wood, hence there is no guarantee on the longevity of bat life. Therefore these cannot be exchanged, replaced or refunded. If repairable, we offer a repairing service at a nominal charge.
7. Shipping:
We aim to ship your goods within 3 working days of when the order is placed. Within the USA, postage and packing is charged at a standard rate which will be available to you during checkout process. We also ship worldwide. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
A shipping charge will be deducted from a refund, for items being returned that were bought via free shipping promotions.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
